By accessing any area of petitbijou.ca, (the “Web Site”) the user acknowledges this notice, and agrees to the terms and conditions set out below.

 

Order Placing:

You warrant to us that all information which you are required to provide when ordering Goods online is accurate and complete in all respects at the time of the order and that this information relates to you/the person placing the order and not to any third party. Once we have received your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation but rather recognition that we have received your requested order. 

At Petit Bijou we hand produce our goods when your order is placed. Our craftspeople require time to do this to our high standards. On average it will take approximately 2 weeks to hand make your ordered goods and deliver to your door in the GTA area.

ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO MODIFY OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER. We reserve the right to decline your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, there are shipping restrictions for a particular item, or we do not have the item in stock. 

 

Prices:

All prices are quoted in Canadian (CDN) dollars.

 

Payment:

Due to fraud and security reasons, we only accept bank transfer payment at this moment. All payment for Goods, sales tax and shipping(if applied) must be made before the Goods are delivered.

 

Shipping:

Free shipping will apply only to Toronto or 905 area code residents. Purchasers outside of Toronto/905, please email us for more details on shipping cost, taxes or duties if applicable. We only deliver to physical address and not PO boxes. For free delivery, please allow 1 to 2 days after the funds have been cleared.

 

Return Policy:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We encourage purchasers with any questions to email us directly if you have any concerns. We will not have any responsibility for any damage which occurs to the goods after delivery.
